This project will transform Kelly's Art Shack’s 2,000 sq ft patio from a decomposed surface to a durable concrete space. The upgrade aims to enhance the outdoor experience for visitors, improve functionality for events, and ensure long-term maintenance. The roadmap includes phases for planning, design, site preparation, concrete pouring, and finishing touches, while allowing flexibility for creative adjustments and managing potential risks.
